Background
Dr Helen Evans is Director for Nurses for Reform, a free market think tank that favours privatisation of the British National Health Service. She is also a Health Fellow at the Adam Smith Institute. [1]
She is married to Dr Tim Evans who is also on the Advisory Board of Nurses for Reform, [2] and who is a consultant Director at the Adam Smith Institute, among other posts. [3]
