Do you prefer us to include authors as Eveline Lubbers or Lubbers, Eveline?

The right academic way would be last name first, but I am afraid that might be too much asked for most of us, so first-last is acceptable.

Also, should we put a full stop after a reference?

Maybe we should, but as most of us don't, let's not...

I fully trust you in incorporating these tips into your system, and once you will work on the wiki on a weekly or almost daily base, you'll find it will go automatically soon enough!
